29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about November 15, 2012, on the south side of the construction site, an employee was installing tube supports for a neon light on a commercial building from a vehicle-mounted and rotating work platform without a personal body harness or body belt with lanyard. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet to the concrete below.
