29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about November 14, 2012, on the north side, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 23 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a commercial building. RAMON-FRANKLIN, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314279324, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 2, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3200 S. COLLINS ST., ARLINGTON, TEXAS 76014.
