Machine shop - 11/19/2012, the bandsaw was not equipped with an adjustable blade guard to protect the operator from contact with the unused portion of the blade. b. Machine shop - 11/19/2012, guarding was not provided to protect the operator from contact with the ingoing nip point between the blade and the wheel, the side panel had been removed from the bandsaw.
