29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Floor loading protection loads, approved by the building official where not marked on plates of approved design and supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or his duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. (a) Res/Comm Maintenance, Inc., 15500 E. 40th Ave., Denver, CO 80202; On and before November 15, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that load plates were placed on a false roof which was to be used a working surface for the purposes of window washing and cleaning, indicating its safe working load. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards as they attempted to use the false roof as a walking/working surface.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Employer placed a load greater than that for which such floor or roof was approved by the building official. (a) Res/Comm Maintenance, Inc., 15500 E. 40th Ave., Denver, CO 80202; On and before November 15, 2012, the exposing employer allowed a load to be placed on a false roof which was greater than the load for which the roof was designed. Condition resulted in employees attempting to use the false ceiling as a walking/working surface and then having the roof collapse resulting in personnel injury.
