Laundry Department (Basement) - Exit route for the Folding Area adjacent to the Compressor Room was not kept free and unobstructed, in that carts and rolling racks were found in front of the exit door. b. Laundry Department (Basement) - Exit route for the Folding Area adjacent to the Complressor Room was not kept free and unobstructed, in that a bolted drain cover on the floor directly in front of the exit door, protruded from the floor, creating an obstruction in the path of travel in the event of an emergency evacuation.
