(a). Worksite located at 403 N. Stadium Boulevard, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from empkloyees working overhead and materials overhead and were not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation. (a). Worksite located at 403 N. Stadium Boulevard, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed fall or structural collapse hazard in that the scaffold was not placed on mud sills and the base plates were sinking in the ground.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms are more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface shall be used. Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access. (a). Worksite located at 403 N. Stadium Boulevard, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees were required to climb the legs of masonry scaffold sections which were not designed for climbing.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. (a). Worksite located at 403 N. Stadium Boulevard, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees working on the masonry scaffold were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system. (b). Worksite located at 403 N. Stadium Boulevard, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the ends of the hydraulic scaffold were not provided with guardrails to prevent employees from falling.
