29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 16, 2012, at the southwest corner of the top deck, employees performing framing were receiving and landing plywood stacks from a JLG forklift at ground. The employees were working without a fall protection system and were exposed to a fall of 30 feet or greater to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 16, 2012, at this new hotel site, employees performing framing work were not provided a fall protection system, while exposed to a fall hazard of over 10 ft to the next lower floor to the inside and over 30 feet to ground at the outside perimeter. JC Framing Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315172403, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/12/2011 with a final abatement date of 03/10/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 929 Navigation, Corpus Christi, TX 78408.
