29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about November 14, 2012, during construction activities including but not limited to demolition activities, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards approximately 10 feet, by ensuring a fall protection system/device was being used. b. On or about November 14, 2012, during construction activities including but not limited to demolition activities, the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from fall hazards approximately 9 feet, by ensuring a fall protection system/device was being used.
