Ayushi & Sarina Inc. dba Super 8 Motel, 11021 Side Hill Road, North East, PA 16428, on or about November 16th, 2012, and times prior thereto: Company employees were working with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, Laundri Destainer (Ecolab brand Bleach), Oasis 255 SF (concentrated glass cleaner) and Oasis 275 (concentrated Air Freshener). A written Hazard Communication Program had not been developed. The Super 8 Motel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 (e) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311874960, citation number 1, item number 6a and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 11021 Side Hill Rd., North East PA 16428.
