29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: Garage: a) There was no tongue guard for left abrasive wheel on the Dayton 10 inch pedastal grinder. b) The tongue guard for the right abrasive wheel measured 1 inch from the wheel on the Dayton 10 inch pedastal grinder. c) There was no tongue guard for the abrasive wheel on the Dayton 8 inch pedastal grinder.
