On or about November 13, 2013 the south exit door was locked with a deadbolt lock.  This condition exposed employees to a delay in exiting the building in the event of an emergency such as a fire.    b.  On or about November 13, 2013 the north exit door was locked with a deadbolt lock.  This condition exposed employees to a delay in exiting the building in the event of an emergency such as a fire.
