29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:      a.   On or about November 13, 2013 the south exit door was locked with a deadbolt lock.  This condition exposed employees to a delay in exiting the building in the event of an emergency such as a fire.    b.  On or about November 13, 2013 the north exit door was locked with a deadbolt lock.  This condition exposed employees to a delay in exiting the building in the event of an emergency such as a fire.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed:    On or about November 13, 2013 the employer did not verify through a written certification that a workplace hazard evaluation had been conducted for job tasks such as but not limited to sanding and polishing on metal, using compressed air for cleaning metal after polishing and sanding,  spray painting using chemicals such as Cerakote H series parts A and B and cleaning spray paint guns with acetone.
