29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    On or about 11/15/2012 at 2900 W. Sample Road, Pompano Beach, two employees were observed working from an aerial lift without fall protection and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft. to ground level.      PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
