29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. The employer is failing to ensure that employees working on scaffolds are protected from falls by having a guardrail system installed along all open sides and ends of the platform before allowing employees to work on the scaffold. The most recent violation was observed at the job site located at 1500 Garret in Lincoln, NE 68512.
