29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: (a) Jobsite: On or about November 16, 2012, an employee was standing on the midrails of the basket of the JLG aerial lift. The employee was installing a sign. This employee was wearing a safety harness and he was tied off to the basket of the aerial lift.
