Subcontractor's employees were observed utilizing nailguns without the use of personal protective equipment such as eye/face protection. Viiolation observed on or about 10/25/2012. MAX Construction Company., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29CFR 1926.95(a) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 316302496, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, with a final order issued on 6/19/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 4130 Wisconsin Ave, NW Washington, DC.
