29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Jobsite: General Contractor allowed sub-contractors to use damaged rigging for lifting equipment and material around the jobsite exposing employees to struck by hazards. Daily inspections would have indentified damaged rigging if done on a daily basis.
