29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      On November 19, 2012 at a worksite located at 601 W. St. Charles Road Elmhurst, IL, an employee was performing roofing work and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12.8 feet.      Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
