29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1):     The employer shall administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program, as described in paragraphs (c) through (o) of this section, whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level (TWA) of 85 decibels measured on the A scale (slow response) or, equivalently, a dose of fifty percent. For purposes of the hearing conservation program, employee noise exposures shall be computed in accordance with Appendix A and Table G-16a, and without regard to any attenuation provided by the use of personal protective equipment:    a) Employees were exposed to work activities that emit sound levels that exceed the 8 hour time-weighted average (TWA) as per 1910.95 (c). Sampling was performed at the facility for noise. The grinding activity showed an exposure to noise of 89.2% dose and 90.4 dBA average time-weighted average for sound level.         All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.95 (c) through (n) must be covered in a hearing conservation program. Key elements include, but not limited to, the following:  1)	Noise level monitoring  2)	Audiometric testing  3)	Wearing of hearing protection  4)	Training Program  5)	Providing copies of standard to employees  6)	Recordkeeping    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
