29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms:     On or about November 8, 2012 midrails were not provided on the stairway to the company trailer exposing workers to a fall hazard.  The stairs were located at the door of the company offices at the drilling location.
