29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):     Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    On November 20, 2012 at a worksite located at 329 S. Lincolnway North Aurora IL, employees were performing maintenance work on a canopy at a gas station and were not utilizing any means of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17.1 feet.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
