29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a. At the front of the building, an employee was exposed to a 21 foot fall hazard, in that, a tubular welded frame scaffold three frames high was used during exterior finishing operations without a guardrail system at the platform end and without any other type of fall protection being used while standing right at the open sided scaffold section.
