(b) Basement: On or about 20NOV12, 1415hrs, plastic electrical boxes were fashioned into service as snap switch boxes for 120VAC electrical service.    (c) Basement: On or about 20NOV12, 1422hrs, a metal outlet box was used in conjunction with a spliced flexible cord to provided 120VAC electrical service.
