29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    On or about November 20, 2012, employees operating an aerial lift in a commercial area located at 6560 Montana Avenue El Paso, TX, were not wearing any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to potential falls  and struck-by hazards.
