29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):   Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    (a.)  On or about November 19, 2012, employees working from elevated wall mounted platforms were not protected from fall hazards.      1. At the West wall an employee working from a wall mounted platform was not protected from a fall hazard of 16 feet.      2. At the East wall an employee working from a wall mounted platform was not protected from a fall hazard of 20 feet.
