Dept. of Public Works (DPW) Building, Sub base, St Thomas VI -  entrance area:  Employees were using electrical power tools connected to an electrical receptacle lacking a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).        NOTE 1: 	Balbo Construction Corp, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii) which was contained in the OSHA Inspection Number # 313532541, Citation 1, Item number 1, issued on 07/06/2010, with respect to a work place located at St. Thomas Regional Library & Records Center, St. Thomas VI  00801.     NOTE 2:  Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29. CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
