29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a. 2nd floor, Lamey Bridge Senior Center, 12420 Lamey Bridge Rd., Biloxi MS - On or about November 14, 2012 two electrical extension cords located on the second floor were not grounded. One of the extension cords was a multi-outlet cord that had shorted out and had an opened ground. The second extension cord was missing the grounding prong.
