29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: Jobsite: 7th floor. Workers were exposed to possible burns and broken glass where a high intensity discharge lighting fixture was missing the bottom of the protector cage exposing the lamp to contact and/or damage.
