29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i), as referenced by 1915.120:  The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l):    a)  Marina, Dry Dock - The employer did not ensure that the operator of a Marine Travelift (serial no.: 3030-1002) was competent in the safe use and operation of the powered industrial truck which could have been demonstrated by the operator having successfully completed training and evaluation applicable to the equipment, on or about 11/02/2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
