29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3): The employer did not designate or clearly mark the boundaries of the CDZ by the use of control lines or the equivalent (ropes, wire, tapes) six feet from the leading edge and not more than 90 feet in depth: (a) On or about November 13, 2012, three employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet while installing metal roof sheeting at the Frontier Energy Building, Highway 85 South, Watford City, ND.
