29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: Jobsite: 5th floor. An impedence to foot travel had been created from piles of cured concrete left over from the pour of the hollow pans of stair number 2.
