29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): Eye and face protective equipment being used did not meet the requirements specified in Z 87.1-1968: South end of the building: On or about November 7, 2012, two employees attaching metal panels to the walls of a system engineered building wore prescription eyewear that did meet the requirement of the American National Standard Insititute Standard (ANSI) Z 87.1-1968. This exposed the employees to the hazard of being struck in the eyes by metal debris.
