29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by caught between action of the pie crimper: a) On or about 11/28/12 on the Pie Line; employees were exposed to caught between hazards created by the lack of adequate guarding of the pie crimper with an unguarded opening of 8 inches and a distance of 7 inches to the hazardous area. b) On or about 11/28/12 on the Pie Line; employees were exposed to in-going nip point created by the unguarded roller on the top dough sheeter with an unguarded opening of approximately 8 inches x 8 inches. c) On or about 11/28/12 on the Pie Line; employees were exposed to in-going nip point created by the unguarded section of the pie discharge conveyor line.
