Morgan Construction Co. was previously cited for a violation of a substantially similar occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311782379 which became final order on November 2, 2010 with respect to a work place located at 1076 Putnam PIke in Dayville , CT.
