MJT Roofing Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1962.502(d)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314405184, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as final order on 06/16/2011, with respect to a work place located at 86 Whippoorwill Hollow Road, Franklin, CT 06254.
