29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On November 27, 2012, employees were exposed to a fall while roofing a residential property, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 25 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.502(d):     The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system:Note:  The use of a body belt in a positioning device system is acceptable and is regulated under paragraph (e) of this section.    On November 27, 2012, an employee was allowed to use a body belt as part of a personal fall arrest system, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with wearing a body belt.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
