29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Second floor hall: The employees walking and working on the second floor hallway of the house under construction were not protected by the use of a guard rail and exposed to fall hazards of up to 19 feet 2 inches. On or about 11/27/2012 an employee was transported to the hospital after having fallen approximately 19 feet 2 inches from the second floor hallway to the basement floor.
