29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Jobsite, 51 Pennwood Place, Warrendale, PA: On or about November 27, 2012, during mail handling activities, the employer did not ensure that the flat face area was kept clean and orderly, exposing employees to hazards, including, but not limited to, being struck by carts, bins and other items in the area that could fall on them or be pushed into them.
