29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2)(vii): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 4 Seasons Drive, North Caldwell, NJ - building 7 Sub-contractor employees were conducting framing work on a sloped roof surface approximately 40ft above the ground without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing these employees to fall hazards. Violation observed on or about 11/15/2012
