29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) West end of the warehouse, On or about 11/27/12 and at times prior thereto, in case of an emergency, employee(s) were exposed to not being able to respond to a fire quickly due to a large fan located in front of the fire extinguisher. b) North end of the warehouse, On or about 11/27/12 and at times prior thereto, in case of an emergency, employee(s) were exposed to not being able to respond to a fire quickly due to items such as but not limited to spools of cable and boxes placed in front of the fire extinguisher.
