29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b):      a. Building 700 - employee(s) installing joists were not required to use fall protection and were exposed to a 9'2" fall hazard.  Violation observed on or about 11/27/12.        b. Building 800 - employee(s) installing joists were not required to use fall protection and were exposed to a 10'3" fall hazard.  Violation observed on or about 11/27/12.    The Alfa Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316388560, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed final order on 5/21/2012 to a workplace located at 1831 Cypress Reserve Dr. Land O' Lakes, FL.      The Alfa Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316073816, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed final order on 11/8/2011 to a workplace located at 20213 Torch Lilly Way, Tampa, FL.
