29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):  On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed to the building:      a)  On or about November 26, 2012, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by or crushed-by hazards while they worked on and under the roof of a restroom which was used for storage of heavy equipment.  The employer had not posted the load rating for the roof structure.

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Residue disposal. Residue scrapings and debris contaminated with residue were not immediately removed from the premises and properly disposed of. Approved metal waste cans were not provided wherever rags or waste were impregnated with finishing material and all such rags or waste deposited therein immediately after use. The contents of waste cans was not properly disposed of at least once daily or at the end of each shift:    a)  On or about November 26, 2012, and at times prior, paint department employees were exposed to fire hazards because trash and debris which was contaminated with combustible residue from spray finishing operations was allowed to accumulate on the floor of the paint booth and was not kept in approved metal cans and disposed of daily.
