29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): The warning line shall be erected around all sides of the roof work area. a. On or about November 27, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, south and east sides of the roof, warning lines were not erected six (6) feet from the roof edge. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with twenty-four (24) feet six (6") inch falls.

29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, materials handling areas, storage areas, and hoisting areas shall be connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines. a. On or about November 27, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were accessing a storage area on the east side of the building, the storage area was not connected to the warning line system, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with a twenty-four (24) foot six (6) inch falls.
