29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 1401 Salermo Way, Howell NJ: Company employees from Kennedy Carpentry & Remodeling were exposed to fall hazards from ladders while performing framing, carpentry and other related actives at the worksite. The employer did not provide the worksite employees with the appropriate ladder training to recognize and avoid the hazards related to the use of ladders. Occurred on or about 10/24/2012.
