(c) Hopper Conveyor and Aggregate Wet Conveyor: Employee(s) are exposed to ingoing nip points created by hopper conveyor and aggregate wet conveyor at the transition point from the hopper conveyor to the aggregate wet conveyor.     (d) Q-Line Bag Filling Station Conveyor: Employees feet were exposed to ingoing nip points created by the grated bag filling conveyor, in-that the operators feet were able to be moved from the foot rests and freely move above and come in contact with the grated moving conveyor belt.     (d) Q-Line Bag Filling Station Conveyor: Employees feet were exposed to ingoing nip points created by the grated bag filling conveyor, in-that the operators feet were able to be moved from the foot rests and freely move above and come in contact with the grated moving conveyor belt.     (e) Q-Line Palletizer Conveyor: Employees are exposed to ingoing nip points created by the bag transfer and palletizer conveyor. In running nip points created by series of belt conveyor in feeds and out feeds that transport full bags to the palletizers were not guarded.    (f) Q-Line Palletizer: Employees are exposed to in going nip points created by pallet feed conveyor. Employees are also exposed to a crush hazard at the pallet drop point onto the pallet feed conveyor.    (g) Hammer Conveyor: Employees are exposed to ingoing nip points created by the conveyor belt, and mechanical rollers at the in feed and out feed of the conveyor belts.

Any uniform combination of rise/tread dimensions may be used that will result in a stairway at an angle to the horizontal within the permissible range.
