29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1): Spray booths were not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry except that aluminum or other substantial noncombustible material was used for intermittent or low volume spraying: a) in that, on or about 11/29/12, a small metal table was spray painted with flammable paint while cardboards were used to block filter outlets on the spray booth at 6012 31st Street East in Bradenton (FL).
