29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) 300 West Main Street Middletown, PA - An employee was utilizing a Genie S-60 aerial lift to perform work activities and was not protected/restrained inside the basket by the use of a body belt and attached lanyard, thereby exposing the employee to a possible fall hazard of 15 to 20 feet, on or about October 4, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
