29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws a) Located along the perimeter exterior area of the commercial gas station structure there was an energized DeWalt 7 1/4" circular saw model DW367 observed used on which the black flex tool power cord had a missing strain relief device at the tool body exposing internal electrical joints and terminal screws to hazards with inadequately protected terminal joint transmission.
