29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. On or about 11/29/2012. At the job site - employees working near the edge of the roof were exposed to an 11 feet fall hazard, in that, employees were not provided with any type of fall protection. EVERHART CONTRACTING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(01) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 311769806, CITATION 01 ITEM NUMBER 01, ISSUED ON 03/20/2008, AND BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 04/17/2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED ON BULLARD PARKWAY TEMPLE TERRACE , FL 33617.
