29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about November 28, 2012, employees operating an articulated aerial lift in a commercial building located at 8833 Dyer in El Paso, TX, were not wearing any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employees to falls and struck-by hazards.
