P&S Services Group, Inc.,  was previously cites for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 315484188, Citation number  1  item number  003(a)   issued on 03/16/2012,  with respect to a workplace at 4525 Plantation Oakes, Middleburg, Florida . The Final Order for this citation was March 20, 12012.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or November 28, 2012, employee engaged in framing work were not protected from 10-foot fall hazrd by the use of a fall protection system.
